You can calculate the price of your singlesided, doublesided and 4/6ML prototypes using our online order system. The following examples will show you how easy it is to calculate prices in PCB-POOL^®.

Prices are charged per decimetre squared (dm²) and include film and tooling costs as well as VAT.

Example: Singlesided pcb

Search: Price of a Eurocard (100mm x 160mm) in 8 WD

Offer: 1 dm² finished singlesided board in 5 WD costs 48.75 EUR. 8 WD lead time: basic price factor 0.5

Solution: 100 mm x 160 mm = 1.6 dm² 1.6 dm² x 48.75 EUR/dm² = 78.00 EUR 78.00 EUR x 0.50 = 39.00 EUR

One singlesided Eurocard on a 8 WD delivery time costs 39.00 EUR.

Example: Doublesided PCB

Search: Price of a Eurocard (100mm x 160mm) in 8 WD

Offer: 1 dm² doublesided board in 5 WD costs 61.25 EUR. 8 WD lead time: basic price factor 0.5

Solution: 100 mm x 160 mm = 1.6 dm² 1.6 dm² x 61.25 EUR/dm² = 98.00 EUR 98.00 EUR x 0.50 = 49.00 EUR

A doublesided Eurocard on a 8 WD delivery time costs 49.00 EUR.

Example: 4-layer multilayer pcb

Search: Price of a Eurocard (100 mm x 160 mm) in 8 WD.

Offer: 1 dm² 4ML board in 7 WD costs 164.00 EUR. 8 WD lead time: basic price factor 0.625

Solution: 100 mm x 160 mm = 1.6 dm² 1.6 dm² x 164.00 EUR/dm² = 262.40 EUR 262.40 EUR x 0.625 = 164.00 EUR

A 4-layer multilayer Eurocard on a delivery time of 8 WD costs 164.00 EUR.

Example: 6-layer multilayer pcb

Search: Price of a Eurocard (100 mm x 160 mm) in 8 WD.

Offer: 1 dm² 6ML board in 7 WD costs 205.00 EUR. 8 WD lead time: basic price factor 0.625

Solution: 100 mm x 160 mm = 1.6 dm² 1.6 dm² x 205.00 EUR/dm² = 328.00 EUR 328.00 EUR x 0.625 = 205.00 EUR

A 6-layer multilayer Eurocard on a delivery time of 8 WD costs 205.00 EUR.

Shipping costs will depend on which shipping service you choose. The shipping service can be selected on our online calculation system.

Soldermask?

Soldermask flat rate costs EUR 17.00 per side for singlesided and doublesided PCBs, irrespective of board size. If the soldermask image is the same on both sides (i.e. board does not have any SMD's) EUR 17.00 will be charged once only.

For 4/6-layer multilayer PCBs, soldermask is included in the price.

Position print?

Silkscreen costs EUR 17.00 flat rate per side, irrespective of board size.

You can choose between singlesided silkscreen on TOP side, or doublesided silkscreen on TOP and BOTTOM side.

Electrical test

Singlesided / doublesided:

Price of E-Test: 12.00 EUR per dm² Price example: Eurocard 100 mm x 160 mm = 1.6 dm² 1.6 dm² x 12.00 EUR/dm² = 19.20 EUR

4/6-layer multilayer:

The electrical test is included for all multilayer PCBs with immediate effect.

We test your PCBs for a flat rate price, irrespective of the number of test points and 100% based on your layout file! All prices quoted include V.A.T.!

Please note that the minimum required area is 1 dm²! Photoplots will not be delivered. No discounts given on re-orders.
