Your site is broken in firefox, just wasted my time filling in the form for quote but can't get beyond the shopping basket. Ever heard of standards? Please don't suggest using M$ products, how would you like your company to be wiped out by a monopoly.

This is the first time I have used your services and I am very pleased with the PCBs I have received. However in my PCB layout I have indicated that the vias are tented (i.e covered with resist)but the vias are exposed on the PCBs received. This is not a problem for this PCB, but on another PCB it could be, so I would like to know if there is a problem with my data supplied or if this is an error in processing the PCB or if your process does not allow for tented vias.

The new PCB-POOL website looks great, such a shame that it doesn't work for users of Apple Mac computers using Safari or Firefox.
Any news when it will be made compatible?

About 2 weeks ago I reported that I had received completed boards that I could not use because they were reverse images. I was called by a representative of your company who very politely and gently explained to me that I had specified the wrong layer in the Eagle BRD file. I received a new set of boards within a week. There was no charge. This is exceptional and heroic customer service! You are to be congratulated for a great product and wonderful customer service. Thank you!

I am so glad we were able to resolve your issue to your satisfaction. What good is a PCB that doesn't work for you even if it is lowcost ?! We may not always be able to offer a free replacement but where we can, we will. Advice and help from our brilliant CAM team is always available.
