Most companies will only show you the laudatory letters or emails they have received from delighted customers. Or of course they simply maintain that they are the best and the most reliable company in their field...

This is not the case with Beta LAYOUT! For every order delivered, each of our customers receive an order evaluation number. This number is used when evaluating your PCB delivery. These evaluations are then posted (unedited) on the following pages.

The entries you see come straight from the customer. NONE of the entries have been changed, beautified or left out! Have a look and see for yourself...

The graphs "Overall evaluation", "Visual quality" and "Value for money" show the daily averages.

The ratings are as follows:

  • 5 = very good
  • 4 = good
  • 3 = satisfactory
  • 2 = fair
  • 1 = poor
  • 0 = unsatisfactory
