Your site is broken in firefox, just wasted my time filling in the form for quote but can't get beyond the shopping basket. Ever heard of standards? Please don't suggest using M$ products, how would you like your company to be wiped out by a monopoly.

This is the first time I have used your services and I am very pleased with the PCBs I have received. However in my PCB layout I have indicated that the vias are tented (i.e covered with resist)but the vias are exposed on the PCBs received. This is not a problem for this PCB, but on another PCB it could be, so I would like to know if there is a problem with my data supplied or if this is an error in processing the PCB or if your process does not allow for tented vias.

I just received my PCBs back - 2 days ahead of schedule. Everything is perfect, so I'm very pleased.

I selected you because of:
1. I have no experience with Gerber files. So I like that I could submit the layout file directly and have one less thing to worry about.
2. I needed 0.3mm drills and 1mm PCB thickness.
3. Price seemed reasonable

Providing the Eagle design rules file is also an appreciated feature...

I too cannot access the site from Safari or Firefox on a Mac!

The new PCB-POOL website looks great, such a shame that it doesn't work for users of Apple Mac computers using Safari or Firefox.
Any news when it will be made compatible?

I'm not in a real hurry for shipment. 46 euro is a bit stiff if the prototype board is 36. Can you ship by mail? The rest of us would like to know.

Thanks for your comments....just goes to show how important feed back is ! The special flat rate US shipping price is $25. for expediated courier or $10 for standard post (we do not recomend this though as there is no way to track the boards). We may have a little problem with our Shipping calculator (we launched our new site last week) we will look into it today but in the meantime you can see the shipping costs are certainly not €46 !!
