I love this company. I've tried other PCB manufacturers but have not found one that is close in quality, service, and price.

About 2 weeks ago I reported that I had received completed boards that I could not use because they were reverse images. I was called by a representative of your company who very politely and gently explained to me that I had specified the wrong layer in the Eagle BRD file. I received a new set of boards within a week. There was no charge. This is exceptional and heroic customer service! You are to be congratulated for a great product and wonderful customer service. Thank you!

I am so glad we were able to resolve your issue to your satisfaction. What good is a PCB that doesn't work for you even if it is lowcost ?! We may not always be able to offer a free replacement but where we can, we will. Advice and help from our brilliant CAM team is always available.

I received the completed PC boards today. Unfortunately they are the reverse image from the Eagle BRD file sent and are therefore not usable.

Hybris was the first PCB that i ordered by Beta LAYOUT. It is a mainboard (100x100mm) for my MP3 player. I finished writing the software, now can i say: "Congratulations Beta Layout" for the perfect working 4-layer PCB.

This is the first order I made here. And I was impressed from beginning to end. Easy registration and after that just pop on your layout and they do all the rest. Especially the "watch your PCB" is a very nice feature that gives you all the info you want in every step of the production process. Also the planning was spot-on. You get two thumb up from me.
