It is easy to order products in our Online Shop. Just follow the guidance contained in the menus. Apart from German there is also French, Italian and English language versions at your disposal for the ordering procedure.

Internet order procedure

If you realise you have made an error, you have the opportunity at any time to press the "back" button - and make appropriate corrections.

Product choice

By clicking on one of the categories in the Product overview you will be taken directly to the respective product range. There you can read further information about the product by clicking on it. By clicking the button "… into the shopping basket" the product is put into your shopping basket. Please do not forget to select the desired quantity of the product. Once an article appears in the shopping basket, you can add further articles "… into the shopping basket" if necessary by way of the Product overview page.

Shopping basket

All articles which have been selected, but not yet ordered, will appear, at the chosen quantity, in your shopping basket. You can view the contents of your shopping basket by clicking on the "to order" link in the shopping basket webtile. Here you can still edit/change the contained articles as you wish. By clicking on the red "Delete" link you can remove a product from the shopping basket altogether. Additional items can be placed in the shopping basket by means of the red "Add another item" link.

Shipping costs

In the Shopping Basket you can select the shipping method. Depending upon mode of shipment (e.g. Standard or Express delivery), delivery time, weight of the ordered goods, as well as domestic or foreign shipping, will result in changes to the shipping costs. You can select the destination country from a drop-down menu in the shopping basket. The possible modes of shipment are updated automatically. You can select your preferrred mode of shipping by checking the relevant box. Clicking on "Re-calculate shopping basket" will display the relevant pricing of your chosen shipping method.

To order please click on "proceed to checkout". To execute your order you must be logged in. For first-time customers please click on "I am a new client!". On the following page you need to indicate your billing address and if necessary a different "ship-to" address. If you want to pay with credit card, please select this option from the drop-down menu in the "Payment by" section and then record all of the information requested in the credit card details section. In order to log in in the future please create a password for yourself and enter it again in the "Password replication" box. By clicking on the "Proceed with order" button you are agreeing to a sales contract with us.

Following the receipt of your order you will receive an email confirmation to the email address supplied by you. In it all order details are again specified. Our email confirms receipt of your order, however it does not represent the contractual acceptance of the order. We will choose to indicate our contractual obligation either by email or by the delivery of goods to you.

Right of revocation

Since it concerns contracts closed in the Online Shop around the supply of goods under exclusive use of remote means of communication, a right of revocation is entitled to consumers, about which we inform you here, as well as through the appropriate button in the navigation border.

Our general trading conditions, which you can consult here, are valid for contracts with entrepreneurs.
