| Beta LAYOUT: Hello Harry, Many thanks for your enquiry, I have responded to you via email but will also post here so that it is available to everyone. Our customer registration is integrated into the online ordering process. During the online order process, you will be prompted to either login(for existing customers) or to select that you are a new customer, this is where you will register and create a password. On all subsequent logins it's only necessary to enter your email address and password to access your account. Please let me know if you have further questions. Regards, Ian. |

| Your site is broken in firefox, just wasted my time filling in the form for quote but can't get beyond the shopping basket. Ever heard of standards? Please don't suggest using M$ products, how would you like your company to be wiped out by a monopoly. Billy |

| This is the first time I have used your services and I am very pleased with the PCBs I have received. However in my PCB layout I have indicated that the vias are tented (i.e covered with resist)but the vias are exposed on the PCBs received. This is not a problem for this PCB, but on another PCB it could be, so I would like to know if there is a problem with my data supplied or if this is an error in processing the PCB or if your process does not allow for tented vias.
